Meg
Billing Specialist/Receptionist
Meg joined Visual Eyes in 2011. She started as Optometric tech and is now our Billing Specialist. Meg finds her job very rewarding on many different levels. She loves living, working and having raised her boys in the Milton Freewater community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and her dogs, being outdoors, and going RVing.
Daniela
Office Manager/Lead Optician
Daniela joined Visual Eyes in 2013. She is our Office Manager and Lead Optician. Daniela has a passion for working with people, always keeping the better interest of the patient as top priority. You’ll likely find her in our optical department helping with all your eyeglass needs. Behind the scenes Daniela handles all the administrative and human resource responsibilities. As a lifelong Milton Freewater resident, Daniela appreciates the commitment Visual Eyes has in serving this community. Outside of work Daniela and her husband are busy chasing around their two boys who are involved in sports and 4-H year-round. Their free time is usually spent camping and/or fishing.
Jackie
Paraoptometric Technician/Optician
Jackie is a native to the area and started at Visual Eyes in 2014. She plays a versatile and ever-expanding role at Visual Eyes where she has taken on responsibility in several areas of our practice including optical dispensing, patient care coordination, and pre-exam technician. Jackie enjoys helping others and loves to see the happiness patients have while visiting our office. She has her roots planted in our area with her husband and 2 children. Some of her hobbies are spending time with her family, playing sports and doing arts and crafts with her two children. Jackie enjoys attending her local church where she serves as a kids class leader.
Hanna
Certified Paraoptometric Technician/Receptionist
Hanna joined Visual Eyes in 2018. She has put tremendous effort into becoming our first Certified Paraoptometric Technician. She was born and raised in Milton Freewater and graduated from McLoughlin High School in 2015. One of the things Hanna enjoys the most about being a Certified Paraoptometric Technician is getting to work directly with each patient. Outside of work Hanna enjoys spending time with her family.
Becky
Paraoptometric Technician
Becky joined Visual Eyes in 2019 as a Paraoptometric Technician. Over the years she has learned the ropes on billing and optical dispensing. Becky grew up in Milton Freewater and graduated from McLoughlin High school in 2015. Becky has formed a passion for being able to detail each patient’s eye concerns so that the best care can be given. She loves that there’s always an opportunity to learn something new about the human eye and the field of eye care. While not at work, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and little one, working out, cooking, reading, and singing in her church choir.
Murandalee
Paraoptometric Technician
Muranda joined Visual Eyes in 2022 as a Paraoptometric Technician. You will often see her taking patients back for their exams or working at the front desk checking our patients in for their appointments. She has over 15 years in customer service and thrives to give our patients the best experience at Visual Eyes. Muranda grew up in the Walla Walla Valley and has been a resident of Milton Freewater for 15 years. Outside of work she enjoys photography, riding horses, raising two teenagers, and working on her small farm.
