Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide timely care to all our patients. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Scheduling: Appointment requests made through the Site are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our office via phone or email.
  • Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or failing to show up for a scheduled appointment prevents other patients from receiving care. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule you to ensure other patients are not delayed.

Product Purchases and Returns

For prescription eyewear, contact lenses, and other products purchased in our office or via our online store link ( shop.visionsource-visualeyes.com ):

  • Prescription Verification: By law, we must verify your prescription before dispensing contact lenses or glasses. If your prescription is expired, we will require you to undergo an eye exam before fulfilling your order.
  • Professional Fees: Fees paid for professional services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and medical office visits, are for the time and expertise of the doctor and are non-refundable.
  • Custom Eyewear: Prescription glasses are custom-made devices tailored specifically to your eyes. As such, they are generally non-refundable once the lenses have been cut. However, if you have trouble adapting to your new prescription, please contact us within 30 days of dispensing so we can troubleshoot the issue (e.g., a prescription re-check).
  • Contact Lenses: Unopened, unmarked, and unexpired boxes of contact lenses may generally be returned or exchanged within a specified period from purchase. Custom or made-to-order lenses are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Visual Eyes Vision Source (or its licensors) and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
